On May 27, the first session of the "Excellence Lecture" public class organized by the Manufacturing Technology Institute was held. The event was led by Deputy Chief Engineer Li Ertie, who gave a lecture on "Engineering Project Construction Process and Preliminary Approval." Institute leaders Mu Xuefeng, Ma Shijiu, relevant department heads, and more than 20 employees participated in the learning and exchange.
During the meeting, Li Ertie focused on the engineering project construction process and preliminary approval content, particularly discussing the approval process and materials required during the project initiation phase, as well as the documents needed for obtaining three certificates during the project preparation phase. He also explained various aspects related to the Ninth Institute's projects and common issues that may arise, based on actual situations. Additionally, he provided an interpretation of the recently issued "Implementation Plan for Cleaning Up and Regulating Investment Project Approval Matters" by the State Council. Subsequently, participants engaged in thorough discussions regarding practical issues encountered in projects and raised points to consider in future projects.
This learning and exchange activity is aimed at focusing on cultivating employees' understanding and control over project construction and preliminary approval processes, helping them enhance their knowledge related to construction projects, and supporting the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
