In order to broaden the channels for single youth to make friends, enhance the fun of youth exchange activities, and effectively serve the actual needs of young people, on May 28, under the guidance of the Ninth Institute and the Import and Export Party Committee, as well as the Group Youth League Committee, a youth friendship event was held at Chang'an Station, located at the 11-kilometer mark of Changqing Road. More than 40 young people participated, with over half being single. They sought their own connections through quality development and fun games under the blue sky and white clouds, amidst green grass and trees. Zhang Xing, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Ninth Institute, and Wang Yao, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the Import and Export Company, led their teams and gave speeches.
This event was organized by the Youth League Committees of the Ninth Institute and the Import and Export Company, with the Construction Branch of the Ninth Institute responsible for hosting. The morning featured a 'real-life CS' jungle showdown where youth from both units were mixed into two teams, red and blue, competing in a best-of-three format. Before the match began, both teams discussed strategies under their respective captains' commands. As the match commenced, both sides rushed to their camps; some ambushed defensively while others flanked or charged head-on. The intense gunfight transformed unfamiliar youth into friends, creating a lively atmosphere filled with laughter and joy. The afternoon's highlight was the most intense and suspenseful 'name tag tearing battle.' As the 'battle' began, some played hide-and-seek while others lay down when they couldn't tear off a tag. Gradually, everyone realized that teamwork was key. The light-hearted song guessing game kept everyone engaged, eliciting gasps and applause. The final challenges included a nail board obstacle course and a teamwork game to spread positive energy, creating an active yet tense atmosphere where everyone had a great time.
At five-thirty in the afternoon, everyone reluctantly left the main event site. Many single youths expressed that this high-quality friendship event closely aligned with young people's characteristics and needs; it was more reliable, more interesting, and more 'effective,' truly helping them romantically connect in a relaxed and natural joyful interaction.
