In order to confirm whether the quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system of our hospital meet the standards; whether the requirements specified in the management system documents are met, whether the management system is effectively implemented and continuously improved, and to identify further improvement factors in the management system, providing objective evidence and reference opinions for the hospital's management review, our hospital has conducted a two-week internal audit of the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems starting from May 17, 2016.
Under the guidance of the management representative, Vice President Tian Wenbiao, all members of the internal audit team carried out rigorous and detailed verification work. The audit scope covered the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management activities of our hospital's engineering consulting, engineering design (including equipment design), general contracting, and engineering supervision, as well as all related locations, departments, positions, and facilities, covering all requirements of our hospital's standards. The leaders of the audited departments attached great importance to this and actively cooperated, ensuring the smooth completion of the internal audit work.
Through this internal audit, a total of 8 non-conformities were identified, of which 3 were classified as non-compliant items. The internal audit team believes that: overall, the management system has significantly improved compared to last year: the number of identified issues has greatly decreased (from 37 last year to 8 this year), the quality management system is operating well, customer satisfaction, EPC for general contracting, contract performance for supervision have all met quality target requirements, confirming our hospital's ability to meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements with its products. Additionally, a mechanism for continuous improvement has been established, and the quality policy has been effectively implemented. Although there are some non-compliant items, the overall operational situation is still relatively good. The environmental and occupational health and safety management systems have also achieved certain results despite their shorter operational time. Our hospital's 'three-in-one' management system basically meets the following standard requirements: GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001-2008 standard 'Quality Management System - Requirements'; GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001-2004 standard 'Environmental Management System Requirements and Guidelines'; GB/T 28001-2011/OHSAS18001-2007 standard 'Occupational Health and Safety Management System Requirements', with effective system operation.
