Members of the company's leadership team, Party Committee members, Discipline Inspection Committee members, senior managers, and main leaders from various departments, as well as over 40 participants including Party branch (general branch) secretaries, organizational committee members, second-level managers from Party and mass departments, and micro-party class instructors attended the meeting.
The meeting was first conveyed by Liu Shixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, who communicated the spirit of Chairman Xu Ping's speech at the Group Company's 'Two Studies and One Action' learning education seminar. He also deployed the work of 'Two Studies and One Action' learning education for the Party Committee of the Ninth Institute; various Party branches including the Construction Engineering Branch, Manufacturing Technology Branch, Equipment Engineering Branch, and Construction Engineering Company discussed topics such as micro-party classes, democratic evaluations of party members, striving for excellence, and youth growth in depth.
At the meeting, Party Secretary Liu Songping took the lead in giving a special party class titled 'Learning and Complying with Party Constitution and Regulations, Being a Qualified Party Member.' The Party and Mass Work Department provided specialized training on how Party branches can carry out 'Two Studies and One Action,' while the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office reported on recent violations of the 'Eight Provisions' within the group. Liu Songping pointed out in his concluding remarks that the Ninth Institute's Party Committee conducts 'Two Studies and One Action' learning education to further strengthen the ideological and political construction of the Party committee team and party member ranks. This aims to extend strict governance of the Party to grassroots levels. By building a strong and capable team of party members, it provides powerful political motivation and organizational guarantees for accelerating the company's reform and development. He urged responsible comrades from all levels of party organizations in the company and all party members to deeply understand the higher-level spirit, unify their thoughts, firmly grasp the correct direction of learning education; effectively take responsibility, combine theoretical study with practical work, strictly implement all aspects of learning education work, lead by example, ensure orderly progress in learning education, and further promote the advancement and purity construction of party member ranks in the Ninth Institute. Efforts should be made to ensure that learning education achieves solid results in the Ninth Institute's '13th Five-Year Plan' reform and development, providing strong ideological motivation and organizational support for its development.
