On April 21, a seminar for the launch of the 2016 studio project of the Ninth Institute was held at the 'Yang Chun Jie Master Training Studio'. Company leaders Liu Songping, Liu Shixin, and Mu Xuefeng attended the meeting, which was hosted by Party and Mass Work Minister Chen Jianjun.
In the group-level studio selection, our institute's 'Yang Chun Jie Master Training Studio' was honored to be elected and awarded the titles of 'Group-Level Model Innovation Studio' and 'Group-Level Expert Training Studio'. At the meeting, Deputy Chief Engineer Yang Chun Jie reported on the annual work ideas and plans of the studio. Studio members Wang Weijun, Zhao Xueqing, Li Huafeng, Feng Junxia, Ma Chuanhao, and Coating Process Engineering Room Head Gai Donghui shared their work ideas and expectations. The heads of the Institute-Level Gao Xianhai R&D Studio and Wei Ming Energy Saving (Energy Assessment) Training Studio also reported on their annual work ideas and plans. Assistant Dean Mu Xuefeng provided guiding suggestions.
During his speech, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Liu Shixin emphasized the need to fully leverage the role of model workers and experts in transmission, assistance, guidance, and innovative tackling of challenges. He called for further strengthening the creation of studios, moderately expanding the scope of institute-level studios to achieve full coverage across departments. He also urged deepening the work of already established studios, focusing on problem orientation, and making good use of the unique skills of model workers and experts.
In his speech, Company General Manager and Party Secretary Liu Songping pointed out that innovative research is fundamental to the survival and development of the Ninth Institute and is also a core task of the studio. This year’s management innovation work requires a comprehensive review and improvement of the details of factory design business, solidifying plans, increasing two-dimensional or three-dimensional explicit expressions, and ensuring that construction drawing design quality and timelines are controlled. He requested that the 'Master Training Studio' take on this challenging task to share and systematize accumulated results to support project work.
