The results of the second 'Rising Star' selection at the Ninth Hospital have been announced.

On April 19, the results of the second "Rising Star" selection at the Ninth Institute were announced. Six individuals were awarded the "Rising Star" award: Qi Shugui from the Manufacturing Division, Wang Zhiqiang from the Construction Division, Xiao Yougen from the Equipment Division, Meng Chao from Landi Company, Zhao Xin from the Construction Division, and Cheng Hongjian from the Comprehensive Management Department. Additionally, nine others received nominations for the "Rising Star" award: Zhou Dengke from the Construction Division, Zhang Hanwen and He Xiaoqing from the Manufacturing Division, Chen Zhongxi and Zhang Rui from the Equipment Division, Li Xiang from the Engineering Company, Yu Xueshen from the Technical Development Department, and Su Bing and Li Shun from Landi Company.
The "Rising Star" selection activity was initiated by the Youth League Committee of the Institute, aiming to promote and recognize young employees who have rapidly grown after joining and made outstanding contributions to the development of the Ninth Institute. It seeks to establish a benchmark for university students' growth, allowing young people at the Ninth Institute to "work with honor and learn from role models," inspiring more youth to love the Ninth Institute, study diligently, work hard, and grow into talented individuals, contributing their youthful strength to build a "first-class Ninth Institute, happy Ninth Institute."
The selection activity consists of two main stages: youth voting and expert review. Each youth league branch organized extensive participation in voting based on principles of fairness, justice, and openness. The results were formed in conjunction with relevant party branch guidance. The Youth League Committee organized a growth presentation and expert review meeting for candidates. The expert review panel consisted of Deputy Chief Engineer Ma Rucheng, Deputy Chief Engineer Sun Lianhong, Party and Mass Minister Chen Jianjun, and Youth League Secretary Zhang Xing. They questioned and commented on candidates' defenses and announced the review results on-site after deliberation. Qi Shugui and Wang Zhiqiang will represent the Ninth Institute in the Group Company's eighth "Outstanding University Student Growth Award" selection.
