[Fan Hongyan reported] On August 8, the groundbreaking ceremony for the FAW Financial Building project, managed by the Construction Division of the Ninth Institute, was held in the Jingyue Development Zone.

Preparation began in early 2011, and China State Construction Engineering Corporation Sixth Bureau entered the site on July 1, 2012. After enduring hardships, the official groundbreaking took place on August 8, marking the start of full-scale construction, with completion planned for November 30, 2013. Entrusted by the Ninth Institute and the Group Company, the Construction Division was involved from the project planning stage, participating in this project with dual roles as members of the project team and project management company. This also represents a new attempt at the Group Company's engineering project management model.
This year, the workload of the Construction Division has exceeded historical levels, and personnel arrangements are quite tight. However, in order to benefit the Ninth Institute and the Group Company, the Construction Division still took on tasks, reasonably allocated personnel, and formed a project team led by Deputy Director Wang Yige as project manager, with Zhao Xin, Zou Jinming, Fan Hongyan, and Zhang Junhua as team members. They participated in management work related to preliminary preparations, construction quality, progress, safety, cost control, and final acceptance.
After the ceremony, Director Ma Guoqing warmly visited the project team members stationed on-site, praised their dedication and hard work in overcoming difficulties, and encouraged them to continue to uphold the excellent tradition of hard work and resilience of the Construction Division. He urged them to strive to showcase the intelligence and diligence of people from the Ninth Institute and to live up to the expectations of both the Ninth Institute and the Group Company by making new contributions to their development!
