Recently, the monthly meeting for the development and transformation of the group company was held at the pilot plant of Landi Company, which is affiliated with the Ninth Institute. About 70 people from functional departments such as the Development Department, Planning Department, and Production Department of the group company, as well as relevant personnel from various branches and subsidiaries, attended the meeting. The group's deputy general manager Dong Chunbo and assistant general manager Wang Lizhi were present, and the meeting was hosted by Han Xinliang, the head of the Development Department. Before the meeting, Dong Chunbo and his team visited the production workshop of Landi Company's pilot plant. Li Yunsheng, the director of the Equipment Engineering Branch of the Ninth Institute and deputy general manager of Landi Company, reported on the development of Landi Company's pilot plant over the past two years. Currently, Landi Company's pilot plant is responsible for product trial production and verification work for all R&D projects of the Ninth Institute. In addition, it also undertakes a large number of equipment manufacturing tasks for both independent and joint venture enterprises within the group. Over the past two years, the plant's production capacity has rapidly increased, and product quality has gradually stabilized, meeting the high standards required by joint venture users such as FAW-Volkswagen for equipment quality. The establishment of Landi Company's pilot plant has enabled the Ninth Institute to form a comprehensive capability for R&D, trial production verification, and project promotion in automotive manufacturing equipment.

At the group company's development and transformation meeting, Liu Songping, president of the Ninth Institute, gave a special report on the construction of the manufacturing technology platform at the Ninth Institute. In recent years, the Ninth Institute has made significant breakthroughs in manufacturing technology R&D. A series of independently developed projects such as swing arm conveyors, new direct drying chambers, dry spray painting rooms, liftable sliding plates, and VOC waste gas concentration treatment systems have been applied in key projects of the group with good results. The core technologies and products developed independently have gradually replaced imports, significantly reducing construction costs for automotive factories within the group. During the meeting, President Liu Songping also detailed plans and measures regarding the construction of manufacturing technology platforms during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.

In his speech, Deputy General Manager Dong Chunbo pointed out that the Ninth Institute benchmarks against international advanced technologies and has achieved great success in core manufacturing technology and equipment R&D through technological and management innovation. At the same time, it vigorously promotes the commercialization and industrialization of new technologies, achieving good benefits that are worth emulating by other units. Dong Chunbo emphasized that in planning for process platform construction, the Ninth Institute should further clarify goals related to coating processes, assembly processes, factory layout, and building engineering technology platform construction. They should refine technical and management measures to fully leverage their technological advantages to provide greater support for achieving the group's goals of 'two highs and one low' and for key project construction within the group. Additionally, Deputy General Manager Dong Chunbo summarized reports from various departments and made specific requests regarding issues that need to be resolved promptly.
