In order to further improve design quality and meet the project review requirements of the owner unit, and to accurately grasp the newly adjusted and improved regulations of the Project Operation Control Department in 2015, including the "Notice on Implementing the Depth Format of Preliminary Design and Implementation Plan" and the "Notice on Strengthening Project Operation Control Quality Management", the Project Operation Control Department recently conducted promotional work in-depth at the Manufacturing Technology Institute and the Architectural Engineering Institute. Leaders from the Project Operation Control Department, institute leaders, department heads, senior experts, specialists, and chief engineers participated in this promotional meeting.
At the meeting, Zhang Kuiqi, Minister of the Project Operation Control Department, explained the current quality management situation at the Ninth Institute, the background of the new regulations, and the purpose and significance of the promotional work. Deputy Minister Li Huafeng provided a thematic promotion on the depth format of implementation plans, key aspects of new regulations, depth of writing, and division of responsibilities. Subsequently, some participants engaged in extensive and heated discussions on difficulties encountered during the implementation process and offered suggestions. After the promotional meeting, both major institutes organized their respective professional departments for further communication. It is believed that with deeper learning of the newly improved quality management regulations and further refinement of future work, the quality management level and output quality of the Ninth Institute will reach a new level.
