[Liu Jinyong reported] After 13 months of hard work by the T88 coating project team of the Blue D Company under FAW-Volkswagen, the T88 coating project, which involved design and construction, has been fully recognized by FAW-Volkswagen users and successfully completed the production handover on February 26, 2016. Recently, FAW-Volkswagen specifically sent a letter of thanks to our Blue D Company, highly praising the quality, progress, and work style of the project team.
The FAW-Volkswagen T88 coating project is the first design and construction project undertaken by Blue D Company for a new Audi brand coating line in recent years. During the bidding process, Blue D Company showcased its superb design level, first-class equipment manufacturing capability, and advanced project management concepts while competing with several internationally renowned enterprises, winning the bid. In January 2015, the project team officially began construction. The waxing team overcame difficulties such as a short timeline and high difficulty, successfully completing the entrance and exit alignment modification work within less than a month of production downtime; the pilot plant strictly controlled equipment manufacturing quality, making the T88 coating equipment manufacturing a model project for the pilot plant. Over more than a year, the project team worked continuously without regard for holidays, completing the installation of 33 workstation bodies, over three hundred tons of steel structures for mechanization, more than six hundred sets of roller beds, 20 sets of lifting devices, 14 elevators, and a series of conveyor equipment installations and debugging as well as debugging of 15 electrical control cabinets in the lighting electrical section and wiring work for over 40,000 meters of cables. This ensured that Audi and FAW-Volkswagen's various requirements were met, made outstanding contributions to increasing the localization rate for users, and laid a solid foundation for cooperation between both parties.
