The equipment installation for the First Automobile Works-Volkswagen Passenger Car Plant's body assembly station project has commenced.

[Sun Deshuang reported] On the morning of March 21, 2016, at 9:00 AM, in the body assembly station of the First Automobile Works-Volkswagen Co., Ltd. Car Plant No. 1, Bo Haikou, the head of the Planning Department of FAW-Volkswagen, Gao Zhichun, the head of the General Assembly Planning Section, Bao Jiaqin, the head of the General Planning Section, Li Yunsheng, the director of the Equipment Division of the Ninth Institute, and Sun Deshuang, the project manager of the assembly station, along with nearly 30 others attended the equipment installation launch ceremony for the body assembly station (mechanized equipment) project contracted by the Ninth Institute.
The Ninth Institute first provided a detailed introduction to the construction plan, quality control, and safety management aspects of the assembly station project. After listening to the project implementation content, Minister Bo Haikou highly praised the preparatory work of the Ninth Institute and expressed great confidence in the smooth implementation of the project, hoping to further strengthen cooperation with the Ninth Institute in the future; subsequently, Manager Gao Zhichun fully affirmed the Ninth Institute's assembly station project and stated that it was very reassuring to entrust such an important project to the Ninth Institute; then, Director Li Yunsheng spoke on behalf of the general contractor, expressing determination to make this project a quality benchmark for the Ninth Institute and a model project for FAW-Volkswagen, effectively meeting owner needs and enhancing competitiveness. Finally, under the resounding slogan of 'Safety First, Prevention First, Build Model Projects, Create Enterprise Brands,' the launch ceremony concluded perfectly.
The successful launch of the body assembly project at FAW-Volkswagen Car Plant No. 1 marks a further expansion of the business scope of the Ninth Institute and lays a solid foundation for broadening industry markets and enhancing competitiveness.
