[Ding Wei Report] On March 4, the 2016 Party and Mass Work Deployment Meeting of the Ninth Institute was held in the third conference room on the fifth floor. The meeting was attended by the institute leaders, members of the Party Committee, members of the Discipline Inspection Commission, members of the Trade Union, main leaders of various departments, Party branch (general branch) secretaries, and chairpersons of sub-unions. The meeting was presided over by Liu Shixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairperson of the Trade Union.

At the meeting, Chen Jianjun, Minister of the Party and Mass Work Department, reported on the summary of Party and Mass Work in 2015 and the work plan for 2016. Deputy Secretary Liu Shixin further emphasized the key tasks for Party building in 2016 and put forward clear requirements. He also reported on the results of the Group Company's Discipline Inspection Commission's inspections during the two festivals.

During his concluding remarks at the meeting, Liu Songping, Party Secretary and General Manager, fully affirmed the solid achievements made in Party building in 2015. He pointed out that promoting the Ninth Institute's '13th Five-Year Plan' development and strengthening Party leadership and construction is crucial. Party organizations at all levels should further implement the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party and its third, fourth, and fifth plenary sessions, effectively enhance political awareness, overall awareness, core awareness, and alignment awareness; strengthen governance over the Party; emphasize responsibility implementation; enhance work style construction; emphasize discipline and rules; strengthen basic construction; emphasize organizational excellence; enhance collective creativity; emphasize quality improvement and efficiency enhancement. We must manage Party building work with a strict and practical style, play the 'piano' well, ensure that 'required actions are not distorted while optional actions have their own characteristics,' providing strong political motivation and ideological support for the development of the Ninth Institute.
