Before and after the Spring Festival, the leaders, department heads, and senior experts of the Construction Engineering Institute held multiple departmental meetings to focus on discussing the management work of the Construction Engineering Institute in 2016.

2016 is the first year of the 13th Five-Year Plan. In order to unify thoughts and gather strength for a good start, the institute first carefully sorted out various tasks, focusing on performance, distribution, system processes, and production tasks for discussion. A preliminary consensus was reached, which will be gradually implemented and improved in future work. The Construction Engineering Institute will complete over one million square meters of factory design in the first half of this year. In response to the challenges of heavy production tasks and limited human resources, the institute is discussing innovative management work. Key projects have been identified, such as Volkswagen Plant 5, Volkswagen Plant 6, Toyota Plant 4, and Geely projects. Design teams will be formed based on the design characteristics of each project and the needs of the owners, with designated responsible persons from the institute. Unified design technical measures will be established, and different design management implementation plans will be formulated to ensure that the workload in the first half of the year is substantial yet organized, personnel are busy yet orderly, progress milestones are controllable, and design quality steadily improves.

All levels of personnel at the Construction Engineering Institute are united in purpose, facing the challenges of the new year's work with full enthusiasm, aiming to achieve a good start for the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Ninth Institute!
