Jing Fengchun reports that the Spring Festival is the most important traditional festival for the Chinese nation and also the golden period for production suspension and transformation at various project sites. The equipment sector seized this favorable opportunity to organize personnel to implement transformation tasks. Project personnel gave up their holidays and actively engaged in on-site work, ensuring the smooth implementation of 17 group projects, including the FAW-Volkswagen T88 workstation body and external mechanization project.
On the eve of the Spring Festival, the equipment sector carefully reviewed and assessed the status of ongoing projects, organizing project leaders to plan detailed construction arrangements during the Spring Festival. The project teams were mobilized to work overtime during the holiday. Nearly 40 team members responded positively, giving up their rest to fully commit to the construction site, accumulating a total of 109 person-days of overtime. Li Baoli, Dong Qun, Liu Jinyong, Duan Rui, He Qidong, and others remained on-site from New Year's Eve until the end of the Spring Festival holiday. Additionally, a group of 15 people including Cui Zhaojun, Sun Mingchen, and Yu Weidong took advantage of FAW-Volkswagen's production suspension during the Spring Festival to conduct on-site research, accumulating valuable experience for future project work.
During the holiday period, leaders from the equipment sector including Li Yunsheng and Teng Jidong visited the Changchun project site for an on-site inspection. They listened to reports on the progress of various projects and expressed their appreciation to the on-site staff, sending them New Year blessings. Project team members expressed their determination to continue working hard and not disappoint the company's expectations, contributing even more to the development of the Ninth Institute!
