The Ninth Hospital held the 2015 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference.

On the morning of February 3, the 2015 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of the Ninth Institute was held at the First Automobile Hall. The conference, themed "New Journey, Start Again," comprehensively summarized the completion of various tasks in 2015 and detailed the main work for 2016, while also commending advanced collectives and employees. More than 730 employees from the Ninth Institute attended.

The conference was divided into two phases: summary deployment and commendation. In the summary deployment phase, Liu Songping, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the Ninth Institute, pointed out that in 2015, with the joint efforts of all employees, the institute actively seized market opportunities, adhered to technological innovation, strengthened system construction, promoted operational structure adjustment, and fully completed various performance assessment indicators of the company. The main operational indicators achieved the "Challenge 2" goal and once again won the title of "Model Unit" from the group company.

2016 is the first year of the Ninth Institute's "13th Five-Year Plan" development. The key tasks are: 1. Optimize operational structure and improve operational quality; 2. Drive innovation to enhance core technological competitiveness and move into high value-added fields; 3. Strengthen project management to improve user satisfaction; 4. Strengthen basic management to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency; 5. Strengthen party building to deepen ideological guidance, implement two responsibilities, and promote healthy enterprise development. In the commendation phase, Liu Shixin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the institute, reported on the main honors received by the Ninth Institute in the group’s annual evaluation and commendation in 2015 and read out the decisions on internal party and administrative evaluations and commendations for 2015.

At the meeting, awards were presented to advanced collectives and individual representatives recognized by the Ninth Institute's party, government, labor union, and youth league. During the award presentation process, wonderful performances created and directed by employees from the dance association and various trade unions were successively presented, winning rounds of applause from employees and creating a festive atmosphere for the conference.

Through this conference, all employees of the Ninth Institute gained a deeper understanding of its development direction and strategic measures for the "13th Five-Year Plan," especially regarding specific work tasks for the first year. This unified thoughts, uplifted spirits, and gathered strength. The horn for the "13th Five-Year Plan" has sounded; all members of the Ninth Institute will unite as one, take responsibility, strive forward, innovate vigorously, work hard to implement all tasks for the first year of this plan, and strive for new development for the Ninth Institute!
