The meeting was chaired by Liu Shixin, deputy secretary of the institute's party committee.

At the meeting, employee representatives shared their insights based on their own work regarding the Ninth Institute's 13th Five-Year Plan and actively offered suggestions. They proposed about 30 constructive suggestions and opinions in areas such as talent cultivation, business development, technology research and development, project management, and system capability enhancement.
