[Jing Fengchun Report] On January 15, the Equipment Division held its first "Biweekly Forum" in the sixth-floor conference room of Building 5 in the North District. The director of the Equipment Division Management Committee, Li Yunsheng, delivered the inaugural report on the theme of "Thoughts on the Future Development of the Equipment Division." Nearly 50 people attended the meeting, including members of the Equipment Division Management Committee, senior experts, secondary managers, experts, department heads, as well as representatives from the party, labor, and youth organizations, and some employee representatives. The meeting was hosted by committee member Xie Wei.

At the meeting, Li Yunsheng, the director of the Equipment Division Management Committee, carefully analyzed the internal and external environment faced by the current management of the Equipment Division. He discussed the development vision, product and market positioning, and the goals for the 13th Five-Year Plan of the Equipment Division, proposing basic work ideas for both short-term and long-term development. Based on the current development status and market situation faced by the Equipment Division, Director Li proposed a development approach focusing on technological productization, product industrialization, and brand industrialization for the future. He also discussed specific goals and measures for implementing these "three transformations" with attendees. He emphasized that future development should focus on brand building, enhancing product R&D capabilities, standardization construction capabilities, and improving technical and management levels to provide solid support for achieving the goals of the Ninth Academy's 13th Five-Year Plan.

The Equipment Division's "Biweekly Forum" is set up closely around creating a good corporate culture by the Party Committee of the Ninth Academy, aiming to promote the implementation of the Ninth Academy's 13th Five-Year strategic plan. It aims to satisfy employees' desire for learning and improvement through communication, solidifying the technical and cultural foundation that supports the sustainable development of the Equipment Division, accelerating deep integration within the division, and facilitating the smooth achievement of strategic goals. The forum covers topics such as management improvement, quality enhancement, technological development, experience sharing, and ideological integration. It adopts a format of presentations by speakers followed by interactive discussions with all participants to achieve improvements in technical and management capabilities within the Equipment Division. The "Biweekly Forum" is held regularly every other Friday at 4 PM; participants and meeting locations are determined based on the current theme. Interested individuals are also welcome to join discussions at that time.
