On January 20, the Youth League Committee of the Ninth Institute held its first work meeting of 2016 to plan and arrange key tasks for the year.

At the meeting, Secretary Zhang Xing briefly reviewed the key work carried out by the Institute's Youth League Committee in 2015 and its effectiveness, commented on the future improvement directions for each branch's work, and provided a detailed interpretation and arrangement of the key tasks for 2016. English and innovation became the two main keywords of the meeting. In 2016, the Youth League Committee of the Ninth Institute will closely focus on the central work of the Party Committee and administration, in line with the requirements of the Group Company's Youth League Committee, aiming for job innovation and quality excellence. They will solidly carry out efforts to become pioneers and strengthen systems by enhancing youth ideological guidance, improving youth quality, achieving excellence in youth positions, promoting youth cultural construction, and building grassroots organizations. This will unify youth thoughts, gather youth strength, guide young members to learn business knowledge, master professional English, and develop skills through engineering project experience, striving to be pioneers and making necessary contributions to achieving the Ninth Institute's annual business goals and ensuring a smooth start to the 13th Five-Year Development Strategy.
