On November 25, a delegation of nine people led by Kang Lihua, the deputy general manager of Dongfeng Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dongfeng Design Institute), visited the Ninth Design and Research Institute of Mechanical Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Ninth Institute) for communication and learning. Liu Songping, the general manager of the Ninth Institute, Liu Shixin, the deputy secretary of the party committee, and Yang Yumin, the deputy general manager, warmly welcomed Kang Lihua and his team and expressed a warm welcome to their visit.
On the morning of the 26th, both parties held a discussion in the third conference room of Building 1 at the Ninth Institute. Deputy Secretary Liu Shixin introduced the historical evolution of the Ninth Institute's development, its organizational structure, achievements during the 12th Five-Year Plan, and core product applications in the equipment sector. General Manager Liu Songping reviewed a series of improvement measures implemented by the Ninth Institute since benchmarking exchanges in June and focused on introducing the Ninth Institute's vision for the 13th Five-Year Plan. Subsequently, the leadership team and relevant management personnel of the Ninth Institute engaged in targeted work exchanges with Dongfeng Design Institute. During this period, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on various aspects such as future development trends, corporate governance, party building work, human resource management, performance management, market operations, and new process technology research and development. Deputy General Manager Kang Lihua thanked the Ninth Institute for its efforts to strengthen high-level exchanges and interactions between enterprises.
During this period, Deputy Secretary Liu Shixin also accompanied the visiting guests to tour the FAW Hongqi Exhibition Hall, Volkswagen Audi production line, and FAW History and Culture Museum. During the visit, Dong Jinghua, head of the Comprehensive Management Department, introduced the development history and cultural characteristics of FAW's factory area to the guests.
Through this learning exchange, mutual understanding was further deepened and friendships were enhanced. Both parties expressed that they would continue to strengthen exchanges in the future, actively draw on successful experiences, promote each other, improve together, better advance enterprise development, and provide new ideas for industry development.
