On August 28, the Ninth Design and Research Institute of Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. held a grand welcome meeting for the new employees of 2015. The company's general manager Liu Songping, deputy secretary of the party committee and deputy general manager Liu Shixin, along with heads of various departments, attended the meeting.
At the welcome meeting, a wonderful video showcasing the training of new employees over the past 20 days was first presented, followed by brief self-introductions from each new employee. Two representatives, Liu Qinglei and Ma Deming, who were awarded the Excellent University Student Growth Award by the group company, shared their experiences of growth at the Ninth Institute. Meanwhile, new employees had face-to-face exchanges with the attending leaders, who provided careful guidance and answers to questions raised by new employees regarding career development direction, capability enhancement, workplace role positioning, and views on business trips. Subsequently, representatives of new employees shared their internship experiences at the company and expressed their longing and expectations for their upcoming careers.
General Manager Liu Songping warmly welcomed and congratulated the new employees on joining the Ninth Institute on behalf of the company leadership and all staff members, and put forward a few hopes:
First, new employees are encouraged to uphold the core concept of 'taking user needs as our own responsibility and creating competitiveness for users', and to quickly enhance their abilities to meet job requirements;
