[Qin Yue reported] On the morning of January 8, 2012, the project team for the total contracting of the painting line at FAW Jiefang's first factory held a project advancement meeting with the owner's project management team at the Ninth Institute's project manager office. Attendees included owner project consultant Chen Daohong, chief inspector Li Wenfeng, members of the passenger car management team, Ninth Institute's executive Luo Huaixiang, project manager Liu Shixin, and team members, as well as general managers, deputy general managers, and project managers from various equipment and civil engineering subcontracting companies. The main purpose of this meeting was to strengthen the subcontractors' attention and support for this project through on-site inspections and communication with the responsible personnel from each company, thereby ensuring milestones such as monotony, joint debugging, and the first vehicle off the production line. Before the meeting, all participants inspected the construction status of various marked blocks in the painting workshop. After the inspection, leaders from the owner, Ninth Institute, and each subcontractor commented that the on-site construction was orderly, the construction environment was clean and tidy, and safety production signs, warning slogans, and safety measures were well established. They believed that the entire project was progressing in a high-quality and orderly manner, and all parties expressed satisfaction. During the meeting, our project's team first provided a detailed introduction to each construction party's progress status and its compliance with the schedule. They issued risk warnings for units with potential delays and summarized construction quality and safety production at this stage. The heads of each construction unit spoke about their company's progress status and how to ensure installation progress, detailing their determination and specific measures to ensure progress. Owner project chief inspector Li Wenfeng fully affirmed the importance of this meeting, emphasized the significant meaning of ensuring this project is completed on time, and expressed satisfaction with the on-site team's work. Finally, General Manager Liu Shixin summarized and provided instructions regarding safety, progress, and quality based on the project's background and on-site conditions.
