Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Taxation Administration reviewed and approved the National Enterprise Technology Center declared by the Ninth Machinery Institute. As the first enterprise in the surveying and design industry of Jilin Province to obtain the National Enterprise Technology Center certification, and as a unit that simultaneously possesses both the 'National Enterprise Technology Center' and 'National Industrial Design Center' platforms, this achievement marks a solid step forward for the Ninth Machinery Institute in brand building.
The National Enterprise Technology Center is established to deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy, play a leading role of enterprises in technological innovation, and establish a sound system and mechanism for enterprise-led industrial technology R&D innovation. According to the requirements of innovation-driven development and the needs of economic structural adjustment, it recognizes enterprise technology centers that have strong innovation capabilities, good innovation mechanisms, significant leading demonstration roles, and meet certain conditions, providing policy support to encourage and guide key industry enterprises to promote technological progress and enhance innovation capabilities. The main evaluation indicators for the National Enterprise Technology Center include 3 primary indicators, 6 secondary indicators, and 18 tertiary indicators, which comprehensively evaluate R&D funding input, R&D personnel and talent structure, R&D projects and patents, national standard formulation, enterprise R&D platforms, new product revenue and profits, etc.
In recent years, the Ninth Machinery Institute has continuously increased its investment in technological innovation, strengthened the construction of its technical talent team, and made significant progress in the quality and efficiency of technological innovation. It has successively been approved for provincial and municipal enterprise technology center recognition and has continuously obtained national high-tech enterprise certification, achieving coordinated and sustainable development between technological innovation and business operational efficiency.
