The FAW Hongqi Prosperity Factory is located in the Changchun Automotive Industry Development Zone, with a production rhythm of 60 JPH. It includes four major workshops: stamping, welding, battery, and final assembly, as well as a logistics distribution center, with a total logistics area exceeding 80. The logistics equipment in each workshop is contracted by the Ninth Mechanical Institute as a whole. The project logistics closely follows cutting-edge market technologies, planning, designing, simulating, and implementing automated logistics equipment including stacker cranes, shuttle storage systems, AGVs, and vertical storage cabinets. Through an intelligent logistics system for unified collaborative control, the entire logistics system is stable and efficient, perfectly adapting to the multi-model, flexible, and high-quality logistics production of the Prosperity Factory.
