FAW Technology Innovation Base Smart Park Construction Project

The FAW Technology Innovation Base includes nine major testing centers covering passive safety, electronic and electrical systems, intelligent networking, materials center, vehicle VIL, vehicle validation, new energy and safety, transmission system testing, NVH, and innovative development space, strongly supporting FAW Group's strategy of 'extreme standards, extreme quality.' The Ninth Mechanical Institute applies intelligent system comprehensive solutions in project construction, closely focusing on key elements such as 'people, land, events, objects, and emotions' within the park. Based on IoT and IOC capabilities, a 3D visualization system is built to display various real-time information in the park, modeling physical devices with business scenario application data to establish a digital mapping between the physical and virtual worlds. It manages pedestrian and vehicle traffic, meetings, equipment, energy, etc., changing the traditional security operation model with precise identification of people and vehicles. It enables second-level identification of blacklists, whitelists, speeding violations, and alerts for intrusions in key areas to enhance security efficiency and ensure park safety. Digital technology is utilized to achieve energy conservation and reduction in the park with green operations. Real-time statistics on electricity and water usage are monitored for abnormal behaviors to analyze energy-saving potential accurately. Through intelligent sensing, it realizes 'lights on when people arrive, lights off when people leave.' Personal and vehicle information can be entered online to automatically plan entry routes and issue access permissions based on those routes. Facial recognition barriers and vehicle barriers automatically open for visitors to ensure unobstructed passage, significantly reducing management costs. Ultimately, it aims to achieve an integrated management model of interconnectivity between modules, creating a smart, innovative, green, and efficient park.
