Minth Poland Project
The project is located in the city of Szprotawa, Poland, supplying components for Mercedes-Benz new energy vehicles. The main products produced are battery box assemblies, which are divided into aluminum and iron parts. The Mechanical Ninth Institute is responsible for the design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, debugging, and after-sales service of the project. At this stage, the main installation of the ED line and single machine debugging have been completed, and finishing work is underway. Equipment installation will begin in August, in conjunction with civil construction work.
The project is divided into two phases. The production cycle for phase one is 330 seconds per unit, approximately 350,000 units per year, while the production cycle for phase two is 270 seconds per unit, approximately 470,000 units per year. Compared to traditional pre-treatment processes, it has added acid washing processes for aluminum and iron parts and employs mixed-line production with a total of 34 process slots arranged.
