Audi PPE assembly shop
The Audi PPE assembly shop is a newly built international leading level assembly shop production line by Audi New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. It uses the latest domestic process equipment, with a production rhythm of 30 JPH for the entire project. All transfer points and main equipment have a capacity of 60 JPH, and all use base frequency enhancement to ensure that the rhythm can be adjusted within the range of 55s-240s. The project began construction in April 2023 and started in November 2023. The scope of the project includes body grouping station, PBS, first interior, second interior, chassis and transfer, assembly shop line, rain test line, door and instrument sub-assembly line, and other conveying equipment. Among them: the grouping station uses a high-speed stacker with a maximum lifting speed of 80m/min and a traveling speed of 200m/min; the interior line uses liftable sliding plates; the chassis uses liftable EMS; the transfer line uses non-liftable EMS; the door and instrument sub-assembly line uses EMS; and the rain test line uses biological contact oxidation technology. The design, manufacturing, installation, debugging, etc., of the project are all implemented according to Audi standards, achieving a leading level in domestic technology.
