 Project Design Concept
This project is a high-end pure electric passenger car manufacturing base, dedicated to creating a world-class intelligent automobile manufacturing factory based on the principles of 'top technology, first-class quality, and optimal cost'.
Design follows 'mastering and applying world-class technology to create world-class product quality and optimizing cost control' as the core concept for design, creating a new 'Audi' factory.
 Project Features
The Audi FAW New Energy Vehicle Factory is Audi's first production base for pure electric models in China. The factory has stamping, welding, painting, and assembly workshops, and is equipped with a battery assembly workshop specifically for pure electric models for the Chinese market.
As one of Audi's most advanced digital factories globally, the Audi FAW New Energy Vehicle Factory utilized digital twin technology from the outset to build a complete virtual factory. Engineering technicians can use the BIM management system to ensure engineering efficiency and quality, forming a complete monitoring to execution closed loop.
The entire factory uses 100% green electricity and achieves high wastewater recycling through deep treatment with biological membranes and reverse osmosis membranes, meeting 'zero carbon' standards and elevating the green standards of Audi's investment projects in China to a new height.
