FAW Conference Center Foreign Guest Building Reinforcement and Renovation Project
The Foreign Guest House of FAW Building 74 was built in 1985 and was once the reception center for Soviet experts during the early establishment of FAW. This building has endured nearly forty years of time, and although it underwent expansion and reinforcement in 2003, it still does not meet the current structural reliability assessment standards. This renovation project is time-sensitive and has a heavy workload, including overall planning, civil engineering, utilities, and fine decoration, aiming to create a conference center that is unified with FAW's style elements and equipped with high-end conference center functions.
