The project is contracted by the Ninth Mechanical Institute, started in 2020, and completed and put into production in 2021. It has completed the bidding procurement, installation, and debugging of quality assurance equipment for workshops including stamping, welding, painting, and assembly. This includes nearly a hundred types of quality assurance instruments and equipment such as measurement equipment, review equipment, painting performance testing equipment, complete vehicle preparation function analysis equipment, physical and chemical testing equipment, intelligent equipment calibration equipment, new energy testing equipment, matching technology equipment, and tool-related equipment.
Based on the traditional testing equipment, this Hongqi Prosperity Factory has adopted advanced technologies and process equipment to improve testing efficiency and enhance product quality, including the application of laser radar testing systems and advanced quality assurance technology equipment such as complete vehicle NVH testing.
