■ Product: Axle assembly and components for heavy-duty truck with a focus on overall steel pipe forming trailer axles and drive axle housings.
■ Production Scale: Annual production of 300,000 trailer axle assemblies, 200,000 drive axle assemblies, 50,000 sets of suspension systems, 1,000,000 sets of wheel hubs, and 1,000,000 sets of brake hubs.
■ Construction Content: The project is located in Linzhou City, Henan Province, covering an area of 707,000 square meters with a building area of 467,000 square meters. New production lines, workshops, public power supply, and living facilities will be constructed. Buildings include forming workshops, trailer axle workshops, casting workshops, drive axle workshops, forging suspension workshops, mold centers, power stations, oil and waste storage facilities, office buildings, canteens, and dormitories.

In line with the trends of automotive lightweighting, energy saving and consumption reduction, new technologies, new materials, and green manufacturing, leverage the advantages of seamless steel pipe resources to achieve product structure optimization and upgrading.
■ Project Features
The drive axle housing and trailer axles adopt a new process of overall thermal expansion and extrusion forming using seamless steel pipes. The overall formed axle housing has advantages such as strong load-bearing capacity, fatigue resistance, deformation resistance, long service life, lightweight design, high production efficiency, high material utilization rate, low cost, energy saving, and short process flow.
The overall layout meets production process requirements with a reasonable flow and short material transportation distance. Land use is optimized with combined construction of production workshops and power stations.
Workshop facilities are economical and practical; the process technology and automation level are leading domestically.
The project has a large product scale and a high internal component rate; it possesses advantages in product performance and scale cost.
